policies.
What is
Live Nation Tickets®?
Live Nation Tickets® is an on-line ticketing service offered by Live
Nation Worldwide, Inc. ("Live Nation") through which our clients choose to sell
THEIR tickets.
Who are our Clients?
Live Nation Tickets' clients include, among others, event venues, sporting
teams, artists, and promoters. Each client has its own individual policy
regarding the sale of its tickets through Live Nation Tickets. Live Nation
Tickets will always act in accordance with these policies.
Methods
of Payment
Live Nation Tickets accepts the following methods of payment for ticket purchases:
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We will update this policy as
other methods of payment become available.
Pricing,
Availability and Purchase Confirmation
The Live Nation Tickets software will always select the best possible seat location,
as determined solely by our clients, available at the time you make your
selection. Each event venue is charged with deciding in which order seats in
such venue will be sold. Live Nation Tickets' distribution points access the
same ticketing system and inventory via the Internet and tickets for popular
events with a high demand may sell more quickly than tickets for less popular
events. At times, additional tickets may become available to an event while
tickets for that event are already on sale. In these instances, where asked to
do so by its clients, Live Nation Tickets will make these additional tickets
available to you; however Live Nation Tickets does not control this inventory
or its availability.
If you do not receive a confirmation number for your ticket order (in the form
of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if
you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting
payment information, it is your responsibility as the customer to confirm with
Live Nation Tickets' Customer Support Department whether or not your order has
been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the
purchase process. Live Nation Tickets will not be responsible for losses
(monetary or otherwise) if you fail to receive order confirmation and do not
contact Live Nation Tickets to resolve the issue.
By clicking the "Purchase" button, you affirmatively agree to abide
by Live Nation Tickets' policies as outlined in this document including those
specifically noted in sections titled Refunds and Exchanges; Refund Policy for
Cancelled or Postponed Events and Delivery of Tickets and Will Call.
Convenience
Charges
Live Nation Tickets assesses a service charge on each ticket purchased for each
event.
Delivery of Tickets and Will Call
If you have selected delivery through the U.S. Postal Service, you should
receive your tickets no later than 48 hours prior to the event. If you have
selected an express delivery option, the delivery period may vary by event but
should generally be delivered to you no less than 2 business days from the date
of your order. If you have not received your tickets within 72 hours of the
particular event, please contact our customer service department at (800) 431-3462
Monday-Saturday from 10AM-5PM ET. For some events and for an additional fee,
Live Nation Tickets ships tickets via DHL or Airborne Express. This service
cannot deliver to Post Office or private mail boxes. Tickets sent via U.S. postal mail may be sent within the U.S., Canada or the United Kingdom. Occasionally, Live
Nation Tickets receives incorrect billing or credit card account information
for a ticket purchase; such incorrect billing or credit card information may
delay processing and delivery. Even though Live Nation Tickets is an
internet-based ticketing company, we do from time to time allow for tickets to
be delivered through "will call" at the box office of the venue where
the ticketed event will be presented. Will call tickets are generally available
one hour prior to the starting time of the event at the venue box office. In
order to receive your will call tickets, you must present the credit card used
to purchase the tickets together with picture identification. Some events may
not have a will call option available (in which case the customer will not be
presented with "will call" as a delivery option when ordering
tickets).
On some occasions, through no fault of Live Nation Tickets, you may not receive
tickets for an event that have been sent via the U.S. Postal Service. If this
occurs, you must inform Live Nation Tickets that you have not yet received your
tickets at least 72-hours prior to the event. When notified of non-receipt,
Live Nation Tickets shall instruct the venue to make available replacement
tickets or seating vouchers that allow the user access to the seats originally
purchased at the time of sale. These replacement tickets or seating vouchers
will be available through 'will call' at the box office of the venue where the
ticketed event will be presented and will generally be available one hour prior
to the starting time of the event. By selecting the regular mail option during
the transaction, the user agrees to be bound by this policy and specifically
waives any other rights up to and including the right to dispute any charges
with the credit card issuing company provided that Live Nation Tickets provides
access to the original seats as described above.
Refunds
and Exchanges
Before you actually purchase your ticket through Live Nation Tickets, the Live
Nation Tickets software will give you the opportunity to review the seat
location, event and performance date you have chosen. Once you make your final
selection and purchase your ticket, Live Nation Tickets will not make exchanges
or refunds unless so directed by a venue or promoter canceling an event as
discussed above in Refund Policy for Cancelled or Postponed Events.
Live Nation Tickets does not issue refunds for tickets claimed to be not
delivered/not received; or for tickets reported lost, stolen, damaged or
destroyed.
Live Nation Tickets (when issuing an electronic ticket which may be printed at
the customer's own printer) may allow the consumer to reprint such
customer-printed tickets for THE CONSUMER'S USE ONLY. The unique bar code
printed on all tickets will allow access by ONLY ONE ticket, the first ticket,
to enter the event.
The user agrees not to sell, reproduce for sale, alter, or counterfeit the
ticket for any reason, and user assumes all financial and criminal liability
resulting from the same, including the copying of user's unique, bar-coded
ticket.
If the amount you pay for a ticket is obviously or grossly incorrect,
regardless of whether due to an error in a price posted on the Live Nation
Tickets website or otherwise communicated to you, and regardless of whether it
was because of a transactional malfunction of the Live Nation Tickets website,
then Live Nation will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for
that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
All ticketed events are to be held irrespective of weather conditions.
Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the performance
impossible to complete. In such instances, the event venue or the event
promoter are charged with making the final determination of cancellation and
refund availability. Live Nation Tickets will issue refunds ONLY if an event is
cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled. If an event is cancelled and not
rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by
the customer at the time of purchase. In such instances, refunds will generally
appear on your next credit card statement depending upon your credit card's
billing cycle. Refunds for cancelled performances include the ticket price and
the per ticket convenience charge(s) but do not include the per order handling
charge and any fees collected for an express delivery option.
Opening acts or guests may sometimes tour with headlining performers. Live
Nation Tickets is not always made aware of opening acts or the length of their
performances. These opening acts are subject to change or cancellation at any
time without notice. No refund will be given if an opening act is changed or
cancelled.
Merchandise
Return Policy
All clothing merchandise is sold on a final sale basis. There are no refunds or
cancellations. Clothing merchandise may be exchanged for the same item in a
different size only, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made
within 30 days of purchase. The cost of returning and reshipping clothing
merchandise for exchange shall be the responsibility of the consumer. All
clothing returned for exchange must be unworn and in "'as new" condition.
All CD/DVD merchandise is sold on a final sale basis. There are no refunds or
cancellations. Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the
date of purchase for the same item, or refunded in full upon return of the
defective merchandise. Where part of a box set is found defective, the entire
set must be returned for exchange or refund. Return/replacement shipping costs
for defective merchandise shall be the expense of Live Nation Tickets.
Return/replacement shipping costs for merchandise shipped in error shall be at the
expense of Live Nation Tickets. If you receive an item that does not match your
order, please contact Live Nation Tickets within 30 days of the date of
purchase to arrange for pick-up and reshipping. CD/DVD merchandise must be
unopened. All clothing must be unworn and in "as new" condition.
Ticket
Limits
From time to time the artist, venue or promoter may limit the number of tickets
available per purchaser per event. This ticket limit is identified on the
unique event page. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Orders exceeding
the ticket limit may be canceled without notice. This includes duplicate orders
having the same name, billing address, credit card or other unique identifiers.
Live Nation Tickets shall have sole discretion regarding the cancellation of
such orders.
Ticket Usage Conditions
The ticket you purchase through Live Nation Tickets is a revocable license. The
ticket holder is subject to inspection upon entrance to the ticketed venue, and
should such holder refuse to permit such inspection, holder's money shall be
refunded. Any violation of law while attending the ticketed event may result in
holder being removed from the venue without refund of any portion of the ticket
price or charges. The holder of the ticket voluntarily assumes all risks of
property loss and personal injury arising during its use whether prior to,
during, or after the event and agrees that Live Nation, the venue, its
management and affiliates of the event are not liable under any theory
whatsoever. The ticket is non-transferable. Any transfer, attempted transfer,
resale, counterfeit, or unauthorized copy is grounds for seizure from and/or
cancellation without refund. Tickets obtained from an unauthorized source may
be stolen, copied illegally, counterfeit or lost and, if so, may be seized and
cancelled without compensation. There are no refunds or exchanges for such
unauthorized tickets. Event dates, times and locations are subject to change.
Live Nation reserves the right to change this information without notification.
Third Party Resellers
The resale, or attempted resale, of a ticket for a price in excess of the
original purchase price is not permitted. Live Nation Tickets reserves the
right to cancel, without notice or compensation, any order or portion of any
order when Live Nation Tickets determines, in its sole discretion, that an
attempt has been made to resell tickets in violation of this policy. In
addition, Live Nation Tickets reserves the right to restrict or deny ticket
purchasing privileges to anyone that Live Nation Tickets determines to be, or
has been, in violation of this policy. Because Live Nation Tickets does not
guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from any third party reseller
(such as brokers or individuals), Live Nation Tickets recommends that you
purchase tickets directly through Live Nation Tickets or from the venue's box
office to ensure ticket authenticity.
Terms
of Use
By using the Live Nation Tickets website, you signify your agreement to our
website policies as well as to following terms and the Live Nation website
Terms of Use located
at www.livenation.com/company/getTerms. Live Nation Tickets
has the right to change or modify in any way such policies and the following
terms at its sole discretion.
- Live Nation Tickets and its web
site(s) are wholly
owned by Live Nation.
- The software used to power this website and any files
or images incorporated herein are the property of Live Nation and may not
be recorded, redistributed, sold, decompiled, or reverse engineered.
- No content from any of Live Nation's website(s) may
be copied, transmitted, or reproduced in any manner without written
consent from Live Nation.
- Any transmission, copy, reproduction, or alteration
of the material or content on Live Nation's website(s) is a violation of our copyright
and other proprietary rights, and is strictly prohibited.
- The purchaser agrees that any reproduction of a
purchased ticket will be used solely for the ticket purchaser. No
reproduction or alteration of the purchased ticket will be sold to a third
party. Purchaser is bound by the laws of the State of California and Live
Nation reserves the right to pursue, within the bounds of the law, all
penalties allowable for anyone counterfeiting, reproducing for sale, or
altering tickets for un-paid entry into an event.
- All materials and content on the Live Nation Tickets
website(s) are provided "as is" and there are no warranties,
expressed or implied.
- Live Nation does not guarantee in any way that
service will be uninterrupted or free of error. Live Nation will strive to
ensure that content is error free, but acknowledges that mistakes may be
made and does not assume any liability for errors on its websites.
- The user of this website agrees that any costs
related to any damage to user's equipment from any virus or other harmful
component is to be borne by the user and that Live Nation will be held
blameless and shall have no financial responsibility therefore.
- These Terms and this website shall be governed by and
in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Proprietary Rights
This website,
including all website software, databases, proprietary
information and other materials provided on or through the website,
including any data, text, designs, graphics, images, photographs,
illustrations, audio and video clips, logos, icons and links are owned
and operated by Live Nation and are protected by U.S. and international

PRIVACY POLICY
Live Nation believes that your right to privacy is very important. Please read

In addition, please read the policies set forth below, which apply to
transactions made and data gathered on the Live Nation Tickets web site (the
"Site"), and does not apply to any other transactions, information,
web site or Internet, telephone or offline point of contact between Live Nation
Tickets and you or other consumers. Together, these policies constitute the
Live Nation Tickets Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy"), which may be updated periodically.
By visiting the Site and/or providing us with information, you accept the
practices described in this Privacy Policy. You agree that by using the Site
you are expressly and affirmatively consenting to our use and disclosure of the
information that you provide, and consenting to receive emails, as described

Information
You Give to Live Nation Tickets
Live Nation Ticket's forms require you to give us contact information (name and
email address), unique identifiers (Live Nation Tickets member log-in), and
demographic information (address). Our purchase forms require you to provide us
with certain financial information (credit card numbers). Live Nation Tickets
also may collect the IP addresses that are not unique to your computer. We may
share anonymous, aggregated (grouped) demographic
information with advertisers and other third parties so that they can tailor
their advertisements and communications to the appropriate audience. Any time
that we are allowed under this Privacy Policy to share your contact information
or financial information, we may also share your demographic information.
Live Nation Tickets cannot prohibit minors from visiting
this site, and must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for
supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for
such children to view and/or purchase. However, please note that nowhere on
the Site do we knowingly collect contact information or financial information
from children under the age of 13. Pursuant to 47 U.S.C. Section 230(d) as amended, Live
Nation Tickets hereby notifies you that parental control protections (such as
computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available

How Live Nation Tickets Uses Financial Information
Any financial information you give to Live Nation
Tickets will be used only in the processing and delivery of tickets to you.
Your information will be used to verify the transaction and receive the money
directly from your credit card company. Non-financial information may be used
by the shipping company, if one is selected, to deliver the tickets to you.
Some financial information may be used by Live Nation Tickets to identify you
as the customer at the venue (e.g., the last four digits of your credit card
number may be used to confirm that you are the person who purchased the
ticket). We may provide your financial information to event providers, primarily
for facilitating "will call" ticket pick up, dispute resolution and
customer service at the event venue on the date of the event, and may provide
your financial information to those merchants who are providing you with the
goods, services or reservations you purchase or order through the Site. We may
disclose specific financial information when we determine that such disclosure
is necessary to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law
enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Live Nation, other
visitors to the Site or users of services or products provided by Live Nation.
Also, your financial information may be passed on to a third party in the event
of a transfer of ownership or assets, or a bankruptcy, of Live Nation Tickets.
Live Nation Tickets will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or
disclosure of your financial information by a third party to whom Live Nation
Tickets is allowed to disclose your financial information under the Privacy Policy.
Requesting
Live Nation Tickets Not To Release Your Information
If you do not want Live Nation Tickets to release any of your information to
third parties, you may request for us to not release your information by
sending us a written request by regular mail or e-mail. In the written request,
you must provide information identifying yourself such as your name, address,
phone number, e-mail address and/or membership password. The e-mail address must
match the e-mail address on your Live Nation Tickets account to ensure
security. The written request must also state the following: "I do not
wish Live Nation Tickets to release any of my personal information to third
